Amy;
Everything sounds interesting. Tell me more about ummibudo. I don't think I've ever had the pleasure.

Amy

Umibudo are specialty of Okinawa and a bit hard to find (and expensive) on the mainland. The little tiny "grapes" pop when you bite them, filling your mouth with their rich, salty, sea flavour. They actually taste and feel like smaller fish roe, like tobiko. I love them!
